I asked for eye drops, they didn't have it and they told me they had the ointment; I asked if they could please check some things about the ointment... if I had never done so, I was treated very badly. I strongly advise against it. They should learn how to deal with customers

Terrible experience! I purchased a fever thermometer which, after a couple of measurements, stopped working. I returned to the pharmacy with the receipt and was rudely told that it was not possible to replace it. Honestly, it seems pointless to me to invest money in advertising billboards for the municipal pharmacies in Pisa if you end up losing your face for an object that costs them a maximum of €2. I hope that the 'lady director' who makes these decisions knows well how to invest her money! Unfortunately, despite reporting these unpleasant situations to the municipal offices, everything remains unchanged... the other reviews also speak clearly. The fault lies only with those who put them there to 'direct'

I was there yesterday and I won't go back again even though it's a few meters from my house. I had to buy medicines for my grandmother (92 years old), a lifelong customer of theirs. The doctor didn't want to look for her surname because he said I needed her tax code (grandmother says they always look for her), then he told me that I couldn't buy medicines without prescriptions (I needed 3 of which for 2 no recipe was needed) in short, a disaster. They say that the elderly must stay at home but then you find yourself with the incompetence of some people and you see that it is not possible. Thank you!
