I’ve visited this pharmacy on several occasions. It’s very well-stocked, competent staff. Suggested if you are looking for a pharmacy in the city of Livorno. The parking of the shopping center makes it convenient to visit this activity.
The professionalism of the doctors is surpassed only by their courtesy, they are really good!!
Trained and kind staff
I go in this morning with my 3 year old son and we patiently queue up, shortly after my son smashes his head against a very dangerous glass table that sticks out from the displays and the whole shop riots!! I, on the other hand, am not used to making a scene, take a 2-pack of instant ice from the shelves, place one on my son's head and patiently continue to wait my turn. When I finally get to the checkout I am extremely disappointed by the fact that the staff doesn't even make the gesture of "giving" me the used bag of ice, making me pay 6 EUROS for it.... Great compliments indeed for this lesson in humanity!!!!
