Since it was renovated it is more welcoming and comfortable. However, availability and courtesy are always the same. The staff present has the ability to make even those few moments spent in line pleasant. The friendliness and courtesy of the doctors are however accompanied by great professionalism.
It's really the world upside down: a young girl who has just graduated allows herself to address someone who could be her father and who has studied. I obviously reply with "she" and the fresh doctor continues with "you" pretending not to have heard. Even pharmacists are taking on the same arrogance that doctors have.
I must say with all sincerity that the Traicalle Pharmacy is the best I have ever seen, because!!!!!! Because the doctors are always available and smiling, available and attentive to the needs of their clients, always ready to advise you and give you a hand. Furthermore, the Pharmacy is equipped with everything you could ask for today, ECG, PRESSURE HOLTER AND CARDIAC HOLTER, PLUS it is possible to carry out many other small tests at negligible costs. But the most important thing is the smile and helpfulness of the doctors... Thank you
More than once I have noticed that the staff are always engaged in private conversations, neglecting the people waiting.
Very well stocked, if the product is not available it is ordered and delivered within a few hours. Pharmacists, sometimes young, perhaps in training, but still quite knowledgeable and friendly.
