Very friendly staff at the counter and provided medicine exactly for what I wanted.
5 stars because you can always find everything there. 1 star for the attitudes of some pharmacists (it would be nice to be able to publish the names) who often appear disrespectful, unprofessional and even irreverent. It even happened that we were laughed at. I have also reported these attitudes to those responsible, even though I know that it will be of no use.
The pharmacy is always open and stocked. Very well trained and extremely professional staff. With patience and kindness, the doctors listen to all types of problems and are able to answer any doubts the patient may have. A truly trusted place!
Bad experience this morning with a new young pharmacist I had never seen who, while he was serving me, started chatting loudly with a friend of his about personal appointments, moving, etc. This friend of his also approached me to talk to us, with great privacy concerns because I was purchasing some particularly sensitive drugs. It's already difficult to speak with the mask and plexiglass protections, let alone with two young men talking loudly to each other. I left the pharmacy confused and the wrong tax code was also used for the receipt. Obviously if you are distracted chatting, you won't do your job accurately. I ask the Director to point out to the newcomer that in a municipal pharmacy the habits of the district are left out.
