I found the pharmacist's attitude arrogant. In Paderno there are so many pharmacies that you can even avoid this one. I rarely go to this pharmacy, and of the five times I have gone, four have been negative experiences: they always give you a bad response or as if they were doing you a favor. I went to ask for some information regarding a prescription. The pharmacist must realize that the patient, even if perhaps not graduated in pharmacy, has a brain and understands at the same level as him.
Arrogance is the strong point of your pharmacy... thank goodness it's municipal and you get paid by us citizens... we're done with you.
