Courteous staff. There is almost always a queue

If you are looking for rudeness, lack of desire and incompetence in customer management this is the right place. Left a Holter for my pregnant wife on 11/08 saying that they would call me back within 4/5 days. On 08/18 at lunchtime still nothing. They made us call back 3 times because they had to answer from another phone or because the colleague was busy (they just had to tell us if the result was ready). On the third call they still say to call back, my angry wife demanded that they give her the result immediately, coincidentally at that point she could hear from the phone, but nothing, the male pharmacist with the bald head instead of providing an answer on the Holter result began to yelling at my wife as rude because she was demanding the result to take him for a visit. At a certain point I got on the phone asking to know if the result was ready and the pharmacist, instead of answering, continued to complain about my wife. In the end I went to the place in person, with only one customer for 3 pharmacists, in spite of the busy person... to discover that the result had been ready since the morning but they hadn't deigned to notify us as they had assured us and with the pharmacist still insisting by saying that my wife was rude because she had answered him badly.

On 30/11/22 at 7.00 pm I went to the municipal pharmacy in Via Battelli to purchase a medicine, and upon arriving home I realized that the wrong medicine had been delivered to me, and from around 7.10 pm I continuously called the pharmacy for 50 minutes, with no answer! The next day I went to ask for clarification for the lack of answers, and I was told that the pharmacy was full, quite strange because there were 3 pharmacists and there were 2 workstations, and when I was buying the medicine I was alone! It seems strange to me that within 10-15 minutes it was filled to the point of not giving the pharmacists time not to respond! Then I ask myself the third pharmacist since there were only 2 workstations, what was he doing? Terrible service because this is not a bakery!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up a drug with an electronic prescription. The product was not present and I said I would try to look for it elsewhere. When I went to another pharmacy, I was unable to purchase it because the Comunale 3 pharmacy had not unlocked the prescription. I promptly tried to call to let them know, since I live outside Pisa. Needless to say, I was on the phone for 20 minutes and made 15 calls to which no one deigned to answer, even though we were during opening hours.
