Despite myself, I am a loyal customer, given the proximity to home. The doctor who works at this pharmacy is as polite as a kick in the shins. The feeling he gives is that he would like to do everything except serve these wretched customers. Sorry doctor if we bother you...

Average preparation of the courtesy staff often reminds me of the advantages of the pharmacy purchasing card and the GP prescription portal which is updated every so many times. They ask me if I write a lot of prescriptions, I told them that the doctor makes the prescription as needed based on how much discomfort I have from various pathologies, trying not to abuse drugs that aren't balsamic sweets, that's all.

Very rude staff. Some time ago they lost one of my recipes, blaming me for having forgotten it somewhere. Yesterday I decided to give them a second chance, but they didn't disappoint. By mistake, I brought an expired prescription and the pharmacist pestered me in a rude and unprofessional way, asking me why it had taken me so long to come and buy that medicine. I then went to another pharmacy and they explained to me in a very professional and kind way (but above all without personal questions) how to resolve the issue. I hope that the Doctor involved soon learns to relate to the public, in the meantime I will avoid this Pharmacy as much as possible.

I often found the clerks rude and opinionated, many times they tried to foist expensive homeopathic products on us (I remember that homeopathy has no scientific basis, if I enter a pharmacy I don't look for placebos). All the members of my family, over the years, have had these experiences so much so that, if before we went there just when necessary as it was the closest pharmacy to home, now we all avoid it. I'm sorry to add such a negative opinion but, as mentioned, it has developed over years. Others may have enjoyed it but it's not the pharmacy for us.

Good evening, I would like to thank the doctor who suggested the medicine to me this evening for the very strong headache which had not even subsided after taking another painkiller and antipyretic medicine. My dad was also a pharmacist and I know how much trust the people who turned to him had. So thank you very much.
