Super friendly staff, excellent well-stocked pharmacy

I don't know the name otherwise I would put it as a pharmacist, I mean as I get older she is always very rude.

I went this morning and found a very rude and arrogant pharmacist. I don't know the name of this person, otherwise I would put it. Customers are not treated like that, especially after twenty minutes of waiting.

Days ago I went to ask for a product for a skin problem. I was sold one which had explicitly written inside (in the explanation sheet) that it absolutely shouldn't even have been offered to me as it was forbidden to be used by anyone with my problem. The condition of my skin worsened exponentially immediately after the application and with regret and suffering from the pain, I immediately returned to the same pharmacy. The pharmacist in question attempted several times to downplay the problem which was also noted as gradually worsening (due to the product she proposed and sold) by the other employee present. I found it unprofessional that someone in the profession sold me something without knowing it, causing me harm, and I found it completely unprofessional on her part to try to downplay the problem by seeking the reason despite the shameless evidence of the facts.
