Terrible hygiene, rude and disrespectful staff, like another customer, I too saw worms on the shelves, a mess!

One star because less is not possible. I went to this pharmacy for a swab, I would like to point out that they have set up an external station in which to carry out swabs so as not to allow presumed positives to enter the pharmacy. Evidently that day, the pharmacist didn't want to get cold and made me sit inside. I tested positive and was literally kicked out, making the other customers feel my positivity too, furthermore, instead of giving some initial explanation on how to proceed I was dismissed with a "go to your doctor". I think that the pharmacist who served me was in the wrong job (or was it a bad day?!), in one fell swoop she didn't respect my privacy and wasn't able (or didn't want) to give the first indications on what to do (this must be done by a pharmacist). I will be careful not to return to a place like that.

They are certainly kind and competent except for one exception which has not been seen for a long time but I recommend buying only the prescribed drugs. Products such as supplements are sold at exorbitant prices (17 euros compared to 7 euros online or in store) and the same goes for creams etc etc... these days speculating on needs is unbecoming
