Great pharmacy. Super friendly staff and one of the pharmacists speaks good English. Good selection of cosmetics too. Highly recommended.

Congratulations for how customers are listened to and advised, especially to a polite and kind pharmacist, who was here in the late afternoon, June 12, 2024

Very rude staff. Not only is it not customary to greet the customer as another person wrote here but today they treated me really badly (it's already the third time actually, the first few times I let it go... anyone can have a bad day... but not always!). The Doctor served me reluctantly, almost annoyed that I had interrupted her chat with her colleague and was very rude. I asked for a product and asked to see it and she almost angrily handed me the box, which among other things she was already packing without even asking me if anything else was needed. In fact, I was also supposed to buy another medicine but I left without buying anything. Thanking and saying goodbye (because I care about education), but making it clear that this is not the way to approach the customer. Needless to say I will never go back there again. (I had to put a star on the rating to be able to publish my review, but I didn't even want to put that)

We have an epileptic cat, unfortunately the vet was only able to give us the (very precious) recipe on Saturday before dinner. I run to the pharmacy several minutes before closing... Heavens above, according to the pharmacist, going to the pharmacy with that prescription (a life-saving medicine) 5\10 minutes BEFORE closing (therefore on time) is something that YOU MUST NOT DO, he snorted and he never stopped pointing it out the entire time I was there (basically because it takes a few more minutes to handle the paperwork). So I recommend that from a certain time onwards only aspirins or multivitamins. FOR EMERGENCIES absolutely do not go to the laundromat! There is no point in disturbing these poor pharmacists, renowned for their empathy and probably unpaid volunteers, especially the one with a Spanish accent who doesn't want any pain from 7.20pm onwards. For goodness sake we are human, if it were the first time something like this happened to me in this pharmacy...Oh, the second, maybe even the third...But now rudeness is a habit.
