Today I went to the pharmacy with a veterinary prescription. I was told the drug cannot be ordered, you have to go to the vet and have another drug ordered.... I went to another pharmacy and the drug was ordered ready the next day. Maybe first give wrong information even if intern could be informed. Very bad experience

I didn't see the writing "no swabs are performed". My partner was told to take a swab at the pharmacy to request insurance given the positive home test. He goes into the pharmacy to find out what to do... the pharmacist shouts at him rudely to go out and call the doctor (he was the one who said to go to the pharmacy).. he shouted in front of the other customers as if he were a malicious person... we went to the Lodi pharmacy... never again from you

The pediatrician pointed me to a medicine that had been out of business for almost 10 years!...the pharmacist didn't just tell me that it was out of production, but in discussion with her colleagues she gave me an alternative. He demonstrated kindness and professionalism, essential qualities!
