One of the best pharmacies in the Calzabigi district. Very welcoming staff always with a smile and very helpful. They helped and advised me several times to choose lactose-free medicines. I highly recommend!
It is the most expensive pharmacy in Livorno, for example: an effervescent pack of 15 pcs of supradyn. €14.00. On average I buy it for €11.00, it cost almost 30% more and it is not a comparison with the web but with pharmacies/parapharmacies in the area. I thought that municipal pharmacies had fair prices...............but!!!!!!!!!!
5 times I bought an ointment of just 2 grams for €7.50 for my daughter with skin irritation, with the excuse that there were no different weights on the market since with one application I ran out of tube. LUCKILY finding them closed, at the pharmacy in Piazza Grande, they gave me a 10 gram pack of ointment for €8.50. It's not the first time (but certainly the last) that they give me products according to their needs.
Heterogeneous staff and products not always available.
I go to activate a health card and they tell me the system doesn't work. I go, in 2 minutes, to a private pharmacy in 5 minutes all done.
