An unpleasant experience. A young salesman refused to sell me the medicine I use against menstrual pain. It's understandable that he didn't want to sell me a drug that requires a doctor's prescription, something that other more flexible and understanding pharmacists do anyway. my gynecologist prescribed the drug to me (having found that other classic analgesics don't have enough effect) but unfortunately I didn't have the prescription with me. However, the air of condescension with which he treated me, after having explained the emergency situation to him (it was the evening of the 24th and the pharmacy was the only one on duty), is not acceptable. He used phrases like 'ah but this other drug is enough for me' and 'I don't think you want to go through the whole process of asking the doctor for the drug on Christmas Eve'. I felt treated unprofessionally, looked down upon and discriminated against as a woman (due to insinuations that I was exaggerating the 'potency' of the drug requested).
A pharmacy that stands out from others for its professionalism and attention to people's problems, trying to meet the various needs by finding the best remedies and treatments. In my case, I owe special thanks to Doctor Sandra, I had a canker sore problem that I hadn't solved with any method and for a long time, no one was able to help me, and instead, one afternoon the doctor offered me a remedy and taaac...months that I no longer suffer. He could have sold me what I asked for, but instead he tried to solve my problem. Thank you
Times are not updated. I went to the pharmacy on 8/2/2024 at approximately 5.30 pm but the pharmacy was closed, even though the closing time was 7.00 pm.
After having entered and been served by a lady, I in turn asked for the Tieche in soft capsules, given that I have a pathology and have to take them all my life, not having taken it today I went to buy it but at my request I was told high tone that the prescription is needed even though I had specified that I have never used it apart from at the beginning of the pathology, given that I have to take it every time I was told that it was not needed especially given the times and the pandemic and given that I no longer have a thyroid so chronic pathology therefore it should be given to me by law....and as the pharmacists' order says " "" While remaining a prohibited practice in normal conditions, dispensing without a prescription is possible, on the basis of the Ministerial Decree of 31 March 2008, in cases of extreme necessity and urgency, when the drug is necessary in order not to interrupt the treatment of a chronic pathology; when it is necessary to avoid interrupting a therapeutic cycle; when it is necessary to continue a therapy established in hospital after discharge. This possibility excludes narcotic medicines referred to in Presidential Decree 309/1990, regardless of the section in which they are included, and those subject to a limited medical prescription (these are medicines that can be sold to the public only on prescription from hospital centers or specialists). Furthermore, drugs dispensed on an emergency basis cannot be paid for by the NHS. In order to proceed with emergency dispensing, however, certain conditions must be met which demonstrate that the requested medicine has been prescribed at the time, which vary depending on the case. If it is a medicine for chronic pathology; if the pharmacist has direct knowledge of the patient's state of health and the ongoing treatment. When the documents presented do not indicate the medicine, but only the pathology, the customer is required to sign a declaration of assumption of responsibility regarding the truthfulness of the treatment with the requested medicine. The dispensing of injectable medicines is not permitted
Staff always very kind and very competent, a pharmacist is a certified Bach Flower consultant. Excellent assortment of parapharmacy and cosmetics, Dr. Scholl shoes also on offer at the end of the season. Spacious and well distributed products. Small external vending machine, I think only for condoms.
