I bought medicine for my colleague last week, but I bought the wrong medicine and left it in the office. Four days later I went to change the medicine. Two male pharmacists told me that the medicine could not be changed because the law stipulated that it could not be changed within 24 hours. So I ask him what law? I knew they could be replaced within 14 days if the package was intact. Then he said the medicine had temperature and I couldn't guarantee the temperature of the medicine. Availability, friendliness and courtesy absolutely NON-EXISTENT! As if that wasn't enough, as soon as they turned their backs to go out, the two nice ladies, with a total lack of professionalism and respect, started giggling, making fun of the requested product as I am the only one who ordered it: "What do we do, order more packages?" asks one, "Hahaha! And why are we ordering them just for him?!?!" the other one replies giggling... You can imagine how nice it feels to be laughed at for your illness... especially by those in the field

Staff with bad character. Lack of friendliness towards customers and total absence of willingness to provide information on any other pharmacies with requested medicines and ALWAYS absent in this one in Viale Togliatti. It goes without saying that it is better to go to any other pharmacy. It's a shame because with all the homes in Padule it could really make a difference and help many elderly people who have difficulty walking and are forced to go to the centre. I won't go back even if they give me the medicine for free.
