Incompetent staff. An employee didn't give me the antibiotic with the prescription and paid 17 euros for it. Speaking to the manager she was unable to resolve the problem, first telling me to come back with the prescription, the second time telling me to also come back with the antibiotic. The mistake being they had to give me my money back.

I went a few days ago to buy medicines for an amount of around 45 euros, the pharmacist asked me if I wanted a paper sachet, I thought it was free or a little less........Checking the receipt...... 60 cent envelope..... Since it's so precious, I'll give it to my wife to go around with.......bah

Unfortunately I can only give one star, otherwise I would put it below zero. Unable to take medicine, despite having a doctor's prescription and the medicines ordered the previous day, for scheduling reasons, a national problem, so I was told by the uncourteous and unprofessional staff. I say this because although they had decided to satisfy me anyway, despite their problem (in my opinion a healthcare establishment must have a second way of selling, to ensure treatment for its customers and others) they made a mistake in the quantity of medicines prescribed. Easily readable directly from the recipe. I had to return to get the receipt, having pointed out the quantity error, I was invited to come back in the next few days for this medicine. I understood that perhaps it is better if the staff of this health facility should perhaps limit themselves to helping middle school children with their homework after school. First and last experience with them, I hope that other customers will also receive the care they need, finding another point of sale, at least where they are able to read a paper prescription, excluding IT problems of any nature.

Pharmacy located inside the shopping center, very convenient and easy to reach. Friendly staff is helpful. They are also resellers of GOOVI products, open every day even on Sundays until 9pm
