Most of the time queues can be long, my last time there ,I waited about 20 minutes before my turn. They could do better, in my view. However, staff are professional.
But do you even have the courage to post reviews? I think you are the worst pharmacy in Cremona. I feel like making a nice phone call to report all your mistakes. First of all, since you are so strict, you have to be so with everyone. I'll be in touch anyway because certain things aren't possible.
