For a few months it has become my trusted pharmacy both for the orderly display of products, The offers, but above all for the doctors, in my case I met Doctor Pocaterra Nicoletta, a fantastic person, very well prepared, proactive and very kind........when you have a director like Doctor Anna Pederzani who has always welcomed you with a smile and a kindness from times gone by! If I'm not in the area I go there specifically, hoping to find this doctor....Because it's useless, people make the place.. Thank you!
Very bad. I had never experienced such a surreal situation. I am obviously pregnant with a 5 year old with me. I take the number and get in line. Behind the cash registers are 3 girls. A fourth arrives, coming from the cup door. Each of them sees me (At least 3 out of 4 I'm sure). I'm not asking to move on, that's not my way. Whoever "commands" the customer queue could have the foresight to let people move forward. But I don't expect it from the public. In a place where drugs and medical devices are sold, it seems like the minimum (they have more tact at the dry cleaners or at the Coop checkout). The paradoxical and SURREAL situation is that they served people who arrived AFTER me. 4 women behind the counter of a municipal pharmacy and a woman 20 days after giving birth with a 5 year old child who is being ignored... Compliments To never again
Extremely elegant pharmacy in the display of products, excellent professionalism of the staff and very interesting variety of proposals for both health services (e.g. lipid or cholesterol profile etc..) and aesthetics (beauty treatments to demonstrate the products)
Starting from the assumption that the vast majority of those who go to the pharmacy have health problems, one would expect a minimum of tact from the staff but in this pharmacy for the umpteenth time I found rude staff with zero availability, without telling that they didn't even let me open my mouth to explain.
In such difficult moments we expect help and perhaps a word of comfort. Instead, the rudeness and indifference with which they treated me leave me perplexed and disappointed. Young doctors who treat the client as if he were a plague victim and with an indescribable arrogance towards the elderly. In addition to the fact that the required medicines are almost never there, more professionalism and tact would be enough. Greetings.
