They refused to help us take the covid test for our greenpass. We asked for directions to another pharmacy, they didn't care. We explained that people don't understand English over the phone, so calling is useless, again they didn't care. Worst experience ever
The most pathetic service ever ! They even refused to give me water while I had a pounding headache to take a tablet! Extreme hatred towards foreigners
Horrible staff, no help at all - we needed to do the Covid Swab test and they are on the list that do it. They said they don’t do it today and they don’t know other place we can take it. Absolutely irritated we even asked in the first place. Avoid at all costs
Today 06.11.2021 I took advantage of the COVID 19 Test service booked via the web a few days ago. I must recognize the professionalism of Farmacia San Niccoló! It took me only 25 minutes to obtain the Green Pass needed to go abroad. I showed up in advance of the appointment I received, paid the required €15 and filled out the necessary forms. Recommended! Only problem: parking.
Good but staff not great. We went to this pharmacy to take a swab once we arrived in Florence. The staff seemed to be quite lazy and not very professional. The place was easily accessible from the bus station with a short walk. Obviously if you don't have a pharmacy, distances and sanitation were properly respected.
