34 minutes of waiting, 13 people in line after me; a single "freelancer" (as the pharmacist at the checkout defined himself) to serve a plethora of people who at the end of a working day need to purchase medicines for those at home. Embarrassing. They should reassign your concession to a more serious and organized company.
The doctor, unable to get me the original red prescription, sent me the photograph. You didn't even bother to look at what it was. "It's not the procedure. You need the original." You are just bureaucrats.
A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Professional and very welcoming pharmacists; in particular I thank the doctor from Puglia for her kindness and empathy. I will definitely be back!!
I have always had positive experiences, except recently after the pharmacist (I don't remember which of the two on shift yesterday) served me with indifference and even after asking if she could check if I had the card she looked at me in a bad way, clearly mocking me with her your colleague, evidently she was the only one who apparently found the situation funny, maybe if her superiors knew that customer cards are not required we could have a few laughs together
