Farmacia Comunale N.7 Sesto Fiorentino

Municipal pharmacy recently moved to this new location. It's not huge but not small either. Nice environment, friendly and helpful staff. One star less for two reasons: parking nearby is practically impossible; the opening hours of municipal pharmacies which are closed on Saturday evening and Sunday.

I work for the public which is why I try to always be polite and not "annoy the annoyance" of those who, like me, have to interact with people every day... but such rudeness is truly unacceptable!... unlike my colleagues who work at the Esselunga pharmacy, always available and polite. They reply to you with disdain as if you were really bothering them. Discourtesy at the highest levels, I won't set foot there again!

They have to compete to find the most insolent, uninformed and rude "professionals", who even in front of those who work in the healthcare sector and therefore know things, do not stop. A careful selection worthy of the most difficult competitions and then sending them all here in turn because otherwise I can't explain it.

I'm sorry to give such a review since there are some extremely kind and competent doctors, but every time I come in I have to make the sign of the cross and hope it doesn't happen that sometimes we forget that if we are there very often it's not a pleasure trip and that indeed, we are going through a delicate moment and that people do not always arrive completely unprepared and unaware of why they have a certain prescription. I understand the wear and tear caused by the current situation, but kindness is good for those who receive it and also for those who practice it, especially in jobs like these.

Uninformed about the new directives of the ministry which since 2020 due to Covid have dematerialized both prescriptions and medical prescriptions with publication in the official gazette of the decree which allows doctors to send prescriptions or medical prescriptions by email. Little courtesy and so much controversy to the point that by calling the pharmacist ma'am she wanted to call the customer back admonishing him with "doctor" please. Ridiculous controversy.
