There are not enough staff and what little there is is extremely incompetent. Don't waste your time in such a pharmacy.
all the pharmacy staff are helpful, competent and friendly. if you have a problem it's nice to find a smile first of all, and then dynamic people who help you, even to find medicines or the most unusual supplements in nearby pharmacies that collaborate, or there in a short time. The robot that helps them is brilliant. Of course, there is often a queue given the natural high turnout of people in the shopping centre, but it moves quickly and without arguments so it's worth it. Pharmacists always have, when possible, a compliment or an eye for customers' children and dogs. The dermocosmetics manager is very present and very knowledgeable. vote 10
I enter with a bump on my head, ask for a cream against bruises and am offered arnica. I suggest lasonil but the pharmacist says arnica is better. With all due respect to homeopathic products that definitely work, I wanted a drug..... it seemed to me that arnica cream had to be sold. If this is listening to the patient...
Competent, available pharmacists, ready to serve you best. Dermocosmetics department present: the manager listened to my needs, gave excellent suggestions and recommended products with an excellent quality/price ratio. This is my impression.
