This morning, having to book a visit with the cup, I contacted them by phone, they told me that they could cancel an appointment and make a new one for a certain day. So I went there in person and once I got there it was not possible to do what I had been told on the phone. According to the pharmacists, the system didn't allow it; telling me that even calling the cup it was the same thing.... the system, and I could believe it, is all the same. So I went home and with great patience I contacted the cup again and an operator did what was not feasible for the pharmacy. Now I wonder where do we live?? Is there a lack of good will to do it?? Why'??? They were also quite arrogant. In order to work, these days, people would really have to give up, first of all they would have to know how to be in front of the public, then knowing how to work seriously wouldn't be bad.
