Very nice, patient and helpful!

Municipal pharmacy in a clearly visible position from the street and with some parking spaces located right in front of the entrance. Helpful staff, usually there is no queue. There is the possibility of having your medical prescriptions scanned directly from your smartphone without the need for paper. Recommended visit.

I booked the swab at the pharmacy, excellent service, kind and quick, I can't say the same about the pharmacy and the pharmacist, they lack professionalism and courtesy! One star because I can't give less

I went to the pharmacy to take the swab test and I have never been treated so rudely. The operator did nothing but take me back in an annoyed tone, she even yanked me to make me sit down. Afterwards, in the climate of general madness, an argument took place between pharmacists in front of stunned customers, with screams that went on for a good 10 minutes before everyone's eyes. An unprofessional place, I do not recommend it.

I don't usually go to this pharmacy, but this afternoon, just before closing, I was shocked by the serious behavior of the two pharmacists present. A customer had his mask lowered, and I therefore invited him to wear it correctly; the man insulted me, claiming very aggressively that it should be me and not him who was leaving the pharmacy. During the discussion, not only did the two pharmacists not invite the customer - as was their duty - to put up his mask, but one of the two also put an end to the discussion by saying "enough now". 9 months after my review, I went to this pharmacy to take the Covid swab, as it is the closest to home. I went into the pharmacy to make some purchases, and the owner "recognized" me from the name on the health card. She was happy to be able to clarify the episode in person, for which she was not present, and she offered me her sincere apologies. I really appreciated the professionalism of the owner, and therefore I think I have to tone down the negativity of my review.
