I have known this pharmacy since it was born. Yesterday I went in to take medicines, I waited 10 minutes before someone came out at the counter, the pharmacists meant to chat in the back. She leaves annoyed, shows her the recipes and tells me they were blocked, I ask her for more but she had nothing. Doctor Giorgio is a person always available to solve problems. Disappointed with the pharmacist Biondina, the night before the same thing, with my children she gives him one product for another. Proficiency equal to 0. This pharmacy has always been compared to the best. But I have to think again. Offer service, a little kindness and courtesy doesn't hurt. I hope they can improve in the future.

Very kind, but I was disappointed that they lied to me about their product.... I went to take some multivitamins for pregnancy... I asked them to give me an alternative with pills not as huge as the ones I had already taken (I really struggle to take them), and maybe even less expensive.... They recommended a product that they make, which basically has the same things as the other one, less expensive, BUT THE SAME in size, specifying "it's true, the others are really big!!" It was enough to tell me "look, they are less expensive, but still large"....I decided whether to take them or not....

When booking a service it would be advisable to explain where it is carried out if it is not a presentation that the pharmacy carries out on site or to put clearly visible and understandable signage outside the pharmacy.

30/10/2021 My favorite pharmacy! Very friendly staff, available to advise you (in other pharmacies they really don't know how to deal with customers). Large choice of products. Have I already written that the staff is very friendly? Better to repeat the concept given that the boys and girls those who work there are really kind and well-prepared. And above all easy-going, not like other pharmacists who think they are gods who have come down to Earth and treat you like the least of the beggars. Well done! 10 and praise!
