Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Be wary of those who write "never again" or "rude staff": they are probably people who demanded drugs without first going to the doctor/medical service for the prescription.
The only pharmacy in the area, it has a good supply of drugs but the problem is with the services: they never answer the phone, furthermore they have a list of services on the official website, you think "It's a famous chain of pharmacies, they also sell online" so you go out home sick but sure of finding the service, you get there and they tell you "No, we don't do this". So either teach your pharmacists to answer the phone or have a competent person update your site...
Rudeness to the nth degree. The overweight brunette girl, to understand who we are talking about, should change profession, if you work in contact with people (customers) you must necessarily have at least a modicum of education... we're not quite there. Never again.
Rude, insensitive (if you come to the pharmacy you don't feel good) unsympathetic staff, they are lucky to be the only ones open on Sunday. To never again.
I leave the doctor's office on Saturday at 7.20pm, I call the pharmacy, making sure of the closing time (7.30pm), saying that I would run to take the antibiotic for cystitis that I had been prescribed. I arrive at 7.28pm and I see the lights go out, the door was already closed, I ring the bell several times and knock on the door. The pharmacist, upon hearing me, hides inside the room near the cash register, I insist but she no longer comes out, leaving the cash register and other lights on. Now, I realize the time and the fact that she might have been tired because on Saturday evening, but not only that the pharmacy should not have been closed yet, I had called saying that I would have to take this antibiotic because I was in pain and that I would arrive in a few minutes. Not to mention her attitude, I would have preferred her to answer me on the intercom saying "sorry we're already closed" than to see her hiding in the closet.
