They always stand out for their rudeness, lack of kindness, lack of empathy and marked grumpiness! A real shame for a municipal pharmacy!

I'm sorry to give 1 star because I've always had an excellent experience. Since I was mocked to do a rapid COVID 19 swab it seems like the minimum to me. I showed up last Saturday and I was told they don't do swabs today but on Monday. I show up today and I'm told by the same pharmacist there are only a few of us, we don't do them by reservation only and why wasn't I notified on the same Saturday???? and why not booked??? Since I also needed it for health reasons and had been advised by myself???? Therefore terrible service from a replacement doctor. I advise the pharmacy owners who know me well to hire more qualified, serious and professional people. I'm sorry but I think I will change pharmacy for my next purchases

Even before the renovation it was a hole, now 2 people waiting are already too many. And privacy? Another thing, it's understandable to listen to the customer's needs, it's incomprehensible to accept him telling you about his life with people waiting.
