It's not so much a review as a report, just out of doubt. The person in charge of the swabs, I am referring to Sunday 24 July, managed the accesses with a sheet of paper which erroneously reported only a certain number of names and consequently, faced with the logical confusion among those present, she thought it best to proceed in a totally anarchic way based on who approached with the most insistence (even people who hadn't booked, so randomly). The serious part is not so much this as expressions such as "I do the swabs and I decide who comes in" or "I hope some people go to another pharmacy".
Very bad. Very bad. Very bad. I enter the pharmacy asking for advice on a facial cleanser, showing my skin to the clerk. She recommends a product to me and since I have sensitive skin I ask her for confirmation, she reassures me so I pay at the checkout (18 euros). After just one application the product is unsuitable, giving me itching, redness, swelling etc. I send an email to which no one responds. I then go to the pharmacy, where I am treated terribly. Not only does the pharmacist refuse to accept her mistake, but she also blames me, since "she only advised and did not force the purchase". Result: an unsuitable product for me is 18 euros for them, plus a great deal of anger for having been treated like a fool and not like a customer.

TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOID DUE TO THE GREAT RUDENESS AND DISlike. I only go to this pharmacy because most of the time it's on duty at all hours but if it were up to me I would always avoid it because of the staff who work there. All and I mean all pharmacists are really very unpleasant, grumpy, rude, acidic people etc etc. Kindness is not their thing. Even to say or explain something they use rude ways towards customers, it seems they get annoyed in giving them, forgetting that this is also part of their job and not just selling medicines. Vote 0 split.
It should be open, at least that's what it says on the site. from 8:15 I made three phone calls to book a swab. Maybe they're all fainted. Come on like this
