Farmacia Comunale Ponticelli

I went this morning, I went through the internal door of the coop, I got in line and when my turn came I was picked up by whoever was serving me because I didn't have my number. And the numbers are collected at the door outside the shopping centre.. as a customer I couldn't have known.. and the sales assistant treated me rudely without any doubts.. of course I left.. there are many other pharmacies ..

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, more than once I found it bad, rude, superficial and inexperienced staff They are not up to date on NHS drugs, and in serving you they make a mistake in giving you the drugs, the quantities are not the right ones, the dosages are not the right ones. Every time I have to make 2/3 trips to get a drug, and their response to the errors is "maybe we made a mistake", but do we realize that they sell drugs and not sweets?? A little attention is needed in this job

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years, mainly because being close to the Coop it is very easy to reach it and find parking, but every time I am disappointed. The pharmacy is well stocked, but most of the staff are very rude and rude, if you ask questions you get rude answers.

I go there very often because the staff is extremely kind, welcoming and practical, never hasty or superficial (or at least this is always the impression I got, not being a doctor 🙂 ). I recently went there to avoid going to the doctor; well, they solved my problem, even though they had correctly warned me that within two days I should see improvements, if not, run to the doctor. So well done everyone

Very well stocked pharmacy with three people at the counter even if you find a queue you are served quickly I always found what I needed and sometimes with discounts
