We need to move a medical visit to the NHS, we turn to them because they provide the Cup service but they tell us that it cannot be done on Sundays when the Cup is closed..... We knew that it wasn't true! In fact we phoned another pharmacy and they did it in 2 minutes! If you are not able to provide a service, do not give availability to do it!!!!!
Only pharmacy on duty on a Saturday evening with no one inside, we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive, who was also annoyed,🤐
