Good morning, let me start by saying that I know nothing about how to make a swab but I would like to know how it is possible that from a swab taken at home I tested positive and instead from a swab taken in this pharmacy (also expressing my disappointment because a quick in my throat and nostril it didn't seem enough to me or maybe it was enough to do random swabs and collect 15 euros) which I had to do because after a few hours I tested negative. I preferred to consult the doctor again for these discordant results, yet another molecular swab that confirmed the HOMEMADE swab.... This is my experience at this pharmacy, I would say negative because in this way those who don't delve deeper go around calmly thinking they are negative

My phone is always busy, I send an email as expected on their site to request a call back for a swab test for my daughter, I have never been called back, truly a shameful service.

Roughness in verifying payments made and questionable expertise in carrying out swabs (at least in my regard)
