I come with the recipe for gaviscon in the large glass jar and he tells me that it can no longer be found and cannot be ordered. But he wants to give me the sachets. Too bad I found the jar I needed in another pharmacy.

YOU DON'T DO IT TO THE DIRECTOR!!! I purchase a drug by mistake without a prescription but, realizing I have it at home, having to buy a cream, I immediately call the pharmacy requesting the possibility of making a cancellation. The very kind doctor who served me confirmed this possibility. When collecting the cream and making the cancellation, I explain what happened to another person who helps me and, with a LOT of SURPRISE, he replies that it is not possible. Surprised by the answer, I suggest he consult the doctor but he replies that he is the DIRECTOR and that he decides. The doctor was unable to do anything and tried to explain to him the availability made. The rudeness and arrogance of this person, who boasts the title of DIRECTOR, resulted in the pharmacy not selling the cream and the collection of further hundreds of euros which I would certainly have spent, as in previous years, having daughters small ones always subject to seasonal ailments.

I wanted to buy some drugs but they didn't have them (as usual) and they ordered them for me. I show up in a few days WITH THE RECEIPT where it says Paid and they tell me: "But the computer shows that they have already been collected by someone and their order is no longer there, I don't know!" How could they be collected by someone if I gave you the order receipt??? The response: "But they're not our problems!" In the end he hands them to me with a displeased face. Absolute lack of professionalism and minimal education. Zero interest in patients. Absolutely to avoid.
