Entering the Santanza municipal pharmacy is a human experience. You are greeted with a smile by the competent and professional staff on duty who do not make you feel like a user, but a friend. Always available to listen and provide you with all the information to solve your problem, through an ethical approach that ignores the sale of the product at any cost. Is it due to their friendliness and friendliness that every now and then I have the pleasure of bringing these "friends" a donut or a pastry? house person.

Excellent pharmacy both for the quality and availability of the products and for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, always ready to satisfy customer requests with kindness and empathy. Perhaps the staff should be increased during peak times and periods, making customer service even more effective and efficient.

While I would like to point out the fact that the time on the internet does not coincide with the real time, in fact this pharmacy, run by terrible people, has indicated 7.30pm as the closing time posted on the door. Furthermore, I would like to point out that this time is not respected in any case: I went there today at 7.20pm and although the lights were still on the door was closed, inside a lady with a white coat and a gentleman without saw me and after turning off the lights told me that the pharmacy was closed without asking if perhaps I had something really important or urgent. So seriousness, in my opinion, underfoot also given the period in which we find ourselves where above all these bodies should ensure that people are in the best conditions to respect a decree law which is for the health and well-being of all... So I absolutely advise against going to the Santanza pharmacy given that 100/200 meters later (approximately next to McDonald's) there is the Dell'Annunziata pharmacy managed (again in my opinion) by much more serious, polite and respectful staff.

Staff always knowledgeable, friendly and available for advice, incredibly they have whatever I'm looking for in the shop, without having to order it.
