Farmacia Comunale (silvi)

Reading the reviews, which were not exactly positive, I thought I was dealing with surly and inattentive people. When I went to this pharmacy to undergo a sample for a glycemic profile, the doctor welcomed me. Giacchetti, who very kindly explained to me how the blood sample was taken, gave me advice and suggestions in response to some of my questions about medicines to take. The pharmacy has a wide range of parapharmaceutical and beauty products which are displayed with great order. If there were more stars I would have given them all.

Now I understand the many negative reviews. I have to have my say too. I came by at 12.30pm, the door is wide open. I waited a long time, at least five minutes, after saying good morning out loud, for someone to come out. It's not a problem because I solved it by going to buy what I needed in another place but I wonder if it's normal to leave all that goods unattended. Furthermore, I have a car and I went elsewhere but how does an elderly person who can only get there on foot do it?

Well-stocked pharmacy with neat and clean shelves.. nothing to complain about.. as far as availability and courtesy are concerned, we're not there.. maybe it's because I'm a tourist on holiday but the "bearded" doctor may be good but I don't know what to do with customers...

Insolent and rude staff. They don't answer the phone very calmly, for the entire time I was in line the phone rang without receiving attention. Four people queuing for the swab left out of desperation, no one had opened the door for half an hour, knocking was useless. The vending machine has exaggerated prices (DIY tampon for 10 euros, if there were any left) and has been practically empty for days. So much for the Municipal Pharmacy, serving the citizens.

Then you complain if people buy on Amazon. THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT (AN ANTIPARASITIC SPRAY FOR DOGS) LITERALLY PAID DOUBLE. 26 instead of 13. Too bad you can't return it... a legalized theft!
