The time has come to change pharmacy. I have always been patient with rude and annoyed staff, just because it was convenient and well-stocked for me. This time, I asked for an aerosol drug that doesn't require a prescription, I was told: "No, I'm sorry.. For the aerosol we only give natural drugs", I don't know if it's normal.. but ok, there's no problem 👍

Purchased products which at the checkout showed a discrepancy between the displayed price and the price then requested for payment. Upon request to correct the bill, the staff justifies it by saying that there is an ongoing price update. The product is on the flyer at the price read on the display and reported to the staff. If this wasn't enough, the consumer protection law says that the displayed price is authentic, but apparently they don't even know this. I don't think I will return.

I called to get some simple information and the pharmacist spoke to me in an arrogant and rude tone as if I were her sister, without the slightest respect. Obviously they lost a potential buyer, and in any case zero availability and courtesy.

Friendly, helpful and above all VERY COMPETENT staff. I read the one star reviews and wonder which pharmacy these people went to. I often go to this pharmacy and have always had a good experience. In particular, I think Colette is truly fantastic and I trust her advice more than that of my doctor frankly. Perhaps customers should learn to be more polite and friendly themselves and perhaps they should also remember that pharmacists, like doctors and nurses, have worked and still work on the front line in fighting this bloody pandemic. So a little patience and empathy wouldn't hurt.
