Farmacia Comunale Torraccio Torrenova

I went to take advantage of the night service having worked late all day. Rude staff who mumbled behind the glass thinking you couldn't hear them from outside. This is supposed to be a help service. Now fortunately I only needed a cream, but I don't wish this on anyone who REALLY needs a hand, especially at this time of meeting the pharmacist who I had the misfortune of finding this evening. Give your money to better people, or at least those who know how to do this type of job.

I went to the pharmacy today at 7.40pm and I was given a product that did not correspond to my request. A minute after the purchase I return to the pharmacy to be able to change or cancel the product but I was treated badly, mocked and made fun of several times by the people who were on duty at the time I indicated previously saying that they had to close the registers and that this practice could not be done. In any pharmacy I went to they always let me change also because the customer is usually always right. Leaving aside the fact that they didn't explain the function of the product or its use to me, the serious thing was that I paid before seeing what it was all about. I hope that action is taken on the rudeness of the staff on duty and that you can hire people who are capable of being in public.
