The new headquarters is in the same building as the Cittadella della Salute, therefore on the other side of the road, about 100 meters further north. Now it has just been inaugurated and therefore everything is brand new and decidedly well done. The setup is very well looked after, elegant and welcoming, you can certainly appreciate it and therefore the five stars are truly well deserved.

Disgusting!!!! It appears open but no one answers the phone!!! Then there is the writing "open but for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception the opening hours may vary". In short, I repeat, disgusting!!! They force us to have computers, internet, telephone only to then discover that if a citizen wants simple information, that is, to know which pharmacies are on duty, it is impossible to know. Pharmacies MUST be SERIOUS PUBLIC UTILITIES. The information regarding timetables and shifts MUST be updated and truthful. The pharmacy cannot be just a mere supermarket for the sale of everything. If I urgently need a pharmacy on holidays, the information should be IMMEDIATE, AND TRUTHFUL, not a treasure hunt.

Third time I go and they NEVER have the drugs always have to order them. The peak was today at 8.30 am I go for an urgent medicine, they order it for me so that it arrives at 5.30 pm. I arrive at 6pm and they tell me that the wrong medicine was ordered. Speechless frankly. I understand that we can all make mistakes, but the overall attitude was terrible.

Excellent pharmacy. The new structure is beautiful. Kind and knowledgeable pharmacists. They also have a very handy newsletter that gives lots of useful information. The website is also always well updated. 5 stars more than deserved.

The reviews I write are rare and this is the only negative one because I believe it is better to sow good rather than criticism... but going into the pharmacy to ask for a paid swab reservation... being told... online... then yes but I found the site blocked...and the pharmacist..only her...only she can't do the others yes..basically I thought I was stupid.thank you..well I left even if the pharmacist wanted to then with grimace annoyed to make the reservation..I went to another pharmacy they helped me immediately made the reservation and I spent 70 euros on foundation and lipsticks...I'm sorry because I was your customer..excellent customer..with what I spent.. a bad day happens... and I understand a missed smile... but rudeness is something else. It's a shame
