It is my trusted pharmacy. The staff, especially the pharmacist with the "greying hair" who didn't want to give me his name and the Director are impeccable as is one of the last pharmacists to arrive, very young. The other pharmacists are a little less cooperative woman with the exception of "Giulia". Too bad they change the staff frequently.

I give 2 stars because although the daytime service is excellent, the nighttime service is terrible! There is a gentleman, obviously annoyed, who answers the intercom listlessly and throws the medicines in the space provided to collect them. I didn't pay the extra charge of 7.50 because I had the first aid sheet. Today I went at 10.30pm, as if it were the middle of the night, he answers me rudely. But be grateful that you have a job! That in your place I would pay gold to stay where you are, that I was never able to obtain a degree in Pharmacy. If you don't like your job and you only do it for the money and you have to piss people off, change jobs for pleasure. Even you who have taken it, don't wear it at night anymore. If you want to sleep in peace, stay at home.

I spent the night between 21/2 - 22/2 and I have to say that the employee who answered the doorbell was really rude, arrogant and not at all professional. I see other reviews of the same problem, I'd say it's time to do something, right? people go there because they are sick, not for fun.

Not well supplied: I asked for a swab to check the possible positivity of my kiwis and papayas and I was told that it was not available...now I live in apprehension: what if they were contagious? Not to mention the cat, which for me is asymptomatic but I can't know.. Strange, because the boss of the whole place even visited them personally, so they should be well stocked...
