I often go to this pharmacy and today UNFORTUNATELY I was served by the pharmacist with short black hair who was older than the others and who were all very kind. I usually avoid writing reviews that are too negative, but I allow myself since it's not the first time that, having to deal with this subject, I leave there disconcerted. Every time she comes across as incompetent, rude, distracted and annoyed, giving you the feeling that she is doing you a huge favor by serving you (poorly), even allowing herself to take you back without reason or qualifications to do so. Fortunately, given the absurdity of the situation, it doesn't make you nervous, but sarcastically smile. In the future I will pass on the next customer to avoid it.

The rudeness of the older pharmacist with short hair in addressing the customer is shocking every time. I went in to buy some lactic ferments, if I wanted an opinion from a gastroenterologist I would have gone there! But think about it!

A well-stocked pharmacy where the patience of the good doctors is truly exemplary. Always affable and available, they are constantly updated on products, protocols and, especially during these last few months, on how to best proceed with vaccinations and certifications. Wide assortment of homeopathic products, supplements, natural remedies and mother tinctures. Very quick and convenient even for those who need blood tests. Excellent pharmacy with many services and trained staff

I don't understand these very negative reviews. I had to get my daughter tested. I called to find out if they did it and at the time of the call they checked that the test strips were there so as not to let me go empty. Once the Doctor arrived she was very kind and very friendly with my little daughter, the hygiene standards were respected and the little girl was given a lollipop after the blood sample. Everyone was more than courteous, quick and very kind.
