(Inexperienced),……..wanted. make me pay for the night counter service twice (7.50 plus 7.50) because after having requested the first drug and made the payment, when he gave me the rest back, I requested a second drug, as I had to look for the name detailed on the internet because we didn't understand each other, requested initially. I clearly said that it didn't make sense as I was the same person, the request was only for a second drug and that it was always the same call and therefore service... astonished! !!

Courteous and competent staff, waiting times, even considering the public holiday, a little excessive.

The pharmacists who work in this pharmacy are very helpful and kind. I really struggle to imagine that they behave incorrectly, as some have written. There are other pharmacies in Cuneo where rudeness reigns supreme and this is certainly a place where great professionalism and attention to the customer reign.

Really rude staff. I won't go into the merits of the fact that they claim to give you an original drug but instead they give you the equivalent one without informing you and despite knowing that it has an effect of 30% less (for me this can already be defined as a scam) Just as I was told said both by the doctor and by other pharmacies. I have repeatedly witnessed ethically and professionally deplorable behavior while serving customers. In some ways I would like someone from the Hyenas to go... all their rudeness and superiority would be shoved down their throats

I understand the medical difficulty of the period we are experiencing, but the discourtesy and rudeness with which the pharmacists responded to an absolutely legitimate request is not acceptable.
