Not helpful at all, very dismissive of my issue
Pharmacy decidedly out of stock of products (and it's not the first time) both specific and over the counter, and above all "sympathy take me away...": it seems that the customers are annoying, all the staff are irritating and listless. To be avoided.
Unique rudeness and discourtesy. Avoid like the plague unless you are friends with the owners (the only customers who tolerate this treatment). I particularly advise young sales assistants to change their job roles, perhaps to the office or in any case to a place where contact with the public is not required.
Qualified professionals ready to listen to patients and satisfy every need. The pharmacy provided an excellent and complete service even during the full Covid emergency phase with the execution of swabs and prompt availability of the staff!
it must be said that almost all the sales assistants are very kind and also give advice, but sometimes depending on how they feel they are not so respectful, perhaps she has improved lately
