I took a test for the quantitative research of Covid19 antibodies. In the result that is delivered, a tiny swipe similar to a receipt, although there is space for name, surname, age, sex, nothing is reported. The result is therefore anonymous, attributable to anyone, even to anyone who finds it on the ground. I raised the issue with the kind pharmacy staff, the response was not satisfactory. If the machine 'is not designed to enter personal data, as it is a very recent machine' then it is useless to propose the test, as well as being professionally incorrect. I hope that similar situations do not occur in the future, given that ultimately the seriousness of the structure will be affected.

I call to book a swab... the girl answers me on the phone: do you have any symptoms?? don't come?? Let's not put ourselves and our colleagues at risk because of this. Now I don't understand or I just can't get it.. I should come to the pharmacy to get a swab.. without having symptoms??.. and what's the point?.. without words

Kindness reigns supreme in this pharmacy, the Doctors are very helpful and patient with everyone, always ready to explain things. Supplied in terms of medicines and with a functioning CUP point. An excellent "department" also for animal friends, with expert advice from Dr. Micol.

Probably the rules for dispensing drugs have changed and I notice much less willingness to help users
