A beautiful reality that also gives the right space to young doctors. Always available to customers even in difficult moments like those just passed. In particular, Dr. Carmine stands out for his professionalism and empathy. The right place to save on the many products on promotion and to be looked after by courteous and trained professionals. 1 star is too many! I called to have my mother bring the medicine home saying that I could pay remotely as is done all over the world by giving the card code or make a bank transfer as they wanted. I was told that the doctor doesn't know us. After a lifetime of going there to buy, beyond this they demonstrate incompetence, no professionalism, neither commercial nor moral. Plus on the phone he tells me he doesn't have a friend? Well if I had someone who could I certainly wouldn't have asked for home delivery. Thank goodness there are countless online pharmacies that deliver with card payments. I am hallucinated by the doctor's lack of preparation, professionalism and arrogance (not the lady on the phone who was kind)
Their courtesy is surpassed only by their professionalism. They were able to help me when I had some doubts about the dose to take of a drug. Thanks again.
