Very courteous and prepared staff ... a positive note is that ASL reservations are free unlike other pharmacies. Highly recommended and super welcoming!!!!!

After I made my purchases, I asked the pharmacist if I could book a visit. I was then told to wait (which has never happened to me in other pharmacies!) and they served customers who had arrived after my shift. I waited, but since the wait was going on and I have serious health problems that don't allow me to stand for long, I asked the old woman to see her. Only then was I told by the aforementioned 'lady', that it is a service they do when no one is there, despite having let people pass ahead of my turn. Never happened ! The negative rating is for the old lady who CYNICICALLY ANNOUNCED THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE FOUND AVAILABILITY IN THE RESERVATIONS IN ANY CASE, VERY SATISFIED. NOW IT EXPLAINS WHY THEY KICKED HER OUT OF THE RUBINO PHARMACY!

Pharmacy with modern and attractive furnishings. Always well stocked and with multiple checkout stations always available, the customers in line move quickly. The location is very central, easily reachable from all parts of the city. The only flaw is the parking. There is also a yellow car park reserved for pharmacy customers, but it is always busy, with the addition of a plethora of cars in double rows

I sent a friend to buy an urgent catheter for my grandfather. The cost was over 18 euros for a piece which in other pharmacies costs no more than 3 euros. A real steal.
