I have been a regular customer for about 10 years. But today after asking for a nasal spray for my 12 year old son who suffers from allergic rhinitis for which I already purchase a known antihistamine, I was asked for the medical sheet, not trusting the customer. Of course, the request is necessary but the loyal customer believes he can place his trust in the pharmacist. I don't think I will return to this place again and that it is sometimes important not to have prejudices towards the customer.

I had an eye problem and a pharmacy had given me eye drops which in 3 days had done nothing for me today I go to the pharmacy in Corso Siracusa and I explain and show my eye the doctor gives me eye drops which once put the eye improves a lot, congratulations for your professionalism, I don't remember the name of the doctor, I know that she is a blonde with glasses, really good and helpful

All the doctors are very kind, it's a shame for the owner's daughter, also a pharmacist, who never smiles when serving people and is always very hasty. She scolds her colleagues if they talk a little more with customers. It happened to me personally that a colleague of hers asked me how I was and she quietly told her not to waste time... However I continue to go and try not to be waited on by her.
