Truly excellent pharmacy, kindness, professionalism and 360 degree competence.
Rude pharmacy: I go to take a swab booked the day before, when asked if I had symptoms I replied that I have a slight cough. Then the pharmacist says that she can't give me a swab, and that I have to go to the Lodi technology park (2/3 hour queue there)... crazy stuff! practically they only give you the swab if you already know you are negative. Never again. *Answer below: does it seem normal to you that I came home at 2.00pm to take a swab and left the house at 10.00am this morning? In the other pharmacies I simply filled out a sheet, a pro-forma. It may be the protocol but it absolutely doesn't work like that, it would take a bit of common sense on everyone's part. A useless waste of money and time on the part of citizens. At this point they should close everything and say goodnight. A country that in the fourth wave manages to go haywire like on the first day, the province of Lodi is a master of disorganization.
I feel great, they are very kind and helpful from the name if you understand COURTEOUS it's exactly like that, I recommend.
