A historic pharmacy in Castellammare Di Stabia that was efficient until it was managed directly by the owner. It has continuously changed personnel for several years and is providing a terrible service to the public. I am an entrepreneur and I constantly deal with the public and I know exactly how to relate, if this pharmacy continues to treat customers at the counter with disdain I think it should ask itself some questions if the other pharmacies are busier. Just yesterday they handled the collection of two swabs lightly (repeated twice) and when I asked for explanations I was stunned by the dubious answer. I had to do it too to reassure myself but I preferred to choose another, more professional pharmacy. Dear Doctor, select your staff better, preferably trained people who smile at the counter.
