Very nice staff, the employee also spoke English and could help with my problem. Everything great.

Poor management of customer flows, at least during my stay. Since there is no unified numbering system for access to the medicine counter (single row), now standard in (almost) all pharmacies, customers find themselves divided into several rows with the risk of seeing customers who arrive several minutes later served. To avoid finding yourself in the wrong queue, there should also be separate management between those who come to buy medicines and those who are simply looking for cosmetics or other products.

I see all the positive reviews, it's a shame that mine will unfortunately be very negative: well yes, I showed up at the pharmacy feeling really ill (high blood pressure), asking politely, but with difficulty since I was holding on to the counter to stand up, if they could help me measure the pressure. At first the pharmacist kindly told me yes, but when I answered his question about whether I had the green pass, I was denied the service I requested, even risking going out and falling ill. Once home (luckily I live very close by) I called another pharmacy asking the same thing and the answer was yes, no problem, in fact they even advised me to go to the emergency room immediately, given the very high blood pressure at that moment. (I own the meter obviously), what was done and where they kept me for a good four hours to do all the necessary checks! In fact, now I'm having several visits (cardiological examination, Holter, further more in-depth analyses...) of the series that day I was really ill, I hadn't gone to drink a coffee, and they didn't want to help me because I didn't have a green pass, which according to them and ONLY THEM, there was a new provision so they couldn't do what I asked!! Can we call it a hit-and-run?!?! Maybe yes, too bad there was no witness except a pharmacy employee who certainly and obviously wouldn't be on my side!!!! But that's okay because there are many other pharmacies, where they look after you with greater attention and availability!! Of course my advertising will be very negative, given the experience I had with your pharmacy!! Thanks anyway !! And certainly..... not soon, or rather never again!!!!
