Evaluating both the owner and those who work there as rude is a compliment!!! It is true that the prices are competitive but no more than other pharmacies/parapharmacies in the city or in neighboring towns. Never again! I will not recommend it to anyone who asks!

If you are looking for something about newborns, from milk to other less common products, it is the best-stocked pharmacy in all of Paternò. The only flaw is that they don't say the prices of the products on the phone if you call for information

I thank all the staff for their competence and courtesy. A truly well-stocked pharmacy where you can purchase at affordable prices

They do not ask for tax relief if necessary, and deduct with their own tax code. When asked why any tax relief is not requested and why there is a tax code with strange origins on the receipt, I reply first that it is impossible, then that they don't know the reason and then that tax relief is of no use to me anyway (they decide for Do you understand me?). Finally, it's my fault because I didn't ask if there is any tax relief. I would say, to say the least, scandalous and worthy of complaint, however the few euros saved are not worth it for these conditions, not to mention the lack of courtesy and politeness.
