They don't even bother to answer the phone... why keep it open 24 hours a day... scratch whatever you want and stay closed because you don't do any kind of service... it's a shame!!!

I'll just tell you that they refused to give my father an important drug for my sick 7 year old daughter just because a pharmacist didn't want the pediatrician's prescription by email. Something that everyone does and which obviously due to the time (2pm) only the only ones open 24 hours a day could do And in response to your reply, the pharmacist "lady" didn't really give us the opportunity to send you the prescription via email because she said it couldn't be done so it's obvious that the prescription isn't present in your email.

The only night pharmacy in a city of 130,000 inhabitants. And this already makes us understand many things. I purchased a drug paid for with a supplement of €7.50 for night service. Something never seen in any pharmacy in Italy and abroad. Truly scandalous. But how is it possible that something like this is allowed? I reply to the attentive owner: I have been living away from Salerno for 15 years now. Rome Florence and now Milan. In none of these 3 cities have I EVER paid a nightly supplement. I have read the national directive and it talks about a right and not an obligation, about closed and not open doors, about exemptions for urgent medicines (with the pharmacist's discretion for some exceptions without specifying in which cases). Let's say... the usual Italian law. Having said that, it may be a national directive but you, based on my experience, are the only one who applies it. Commercially impeccable choice but ethically it leaves me with many doubts (being the only one in the city). PS. At this point, why don't we charge for the night admission to the hospital emergency room? It shouldn't bother her...
