I am a girl who has always made appointments to take a swab at this pharmacy for work reasons, and I have always seen people without an appointment who came to take a swab anyway and did it for her! And now that I had an emergency and all the pharmacies are full... since I felt ill and had been in close contact with a positive person, I tried to go without an appointment and waited more than 1 hour... I went 2 times always in the morning but they didn't do it to me, I didn't demand that I pass in front of the others who had an appointment, but the thing that makes me angry is that the girl Debora who does the swabs did the swab of a gentleman without an appointment who he had just arrived while I had already been waiting for more than an hour... And then I hear that the shift is over and that they will start doing the swabs again in 2 hours... While I was still there waiting! without even telling me that the shift was over.. We don't behave like this, either all or no one, no matter what preference.
